Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu meets with new Yesha Council chairman Hananel Dorani and wishes him success in his post.
Dorani and Netanyahu agreed to continue working together to advance the settlement enterprise, according to a Yesha Council statement.
“I thank the prime minister for his efforts on behalf of the settlement movement, for promoting the paving of bypass roads and increased security for residents in Judea, Samaria and the Jordan Valley,” Dorani said.

Dorani also sat down with Netanyahu’s chief of staff, Yoav Horowitz, to discuss West Bank security and infrastructure development.
On Monday, Netanyahu announced that he had earmarked NIS 200 million for the paving of a pair of bypass roads for settlers that circumvent Palestinian villages. The prime minister said an additional NIS 600 million for the construction of additional bypass routes, lighting and cellular towers would be allocated within the 2019 budget.
