Shin Bet said to increase security for senior officials amid fears of revenge attacks by Iran

The Shin Bet security service has implemented a plan to dramatically increase security for senior political, defense, and intelligence officials, amid the war with Iran, the Ynet news site reports.

The plan, which cannot be fully detailed, involves special deployment measures and operational procedures prepared in case of war, Ynet reports.

It is reportedly implemented amid fears of revenge attacks after IDF strikes took out much of Iran’s top defense brass.
