Complaint to forcelose tax lien

COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS LAND COURT DEPARTMENT OF THE TRIAL COURT

TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, and to any former stockholders, officers, creditors and any other persons claiming any interest in 370 Commercial Street Corporation, a dissolved Massachusetts corporation formerly located in Boston, Suffolk County, said Commonwealth; Moshe Cohen as he is President and Treasurer of said 370 Commercial Street Corporation, residence unknown, formerly of Tel Aviv in the State of Israel, and now of parts unknown; Eli Cohen as he is Clerk of said 370 Commercial Street Corporation, now or formerly of Providence in the State of Rhode Island and as they are both officers and/or directors of said 370 Commercial Street Corporation; TD Bank, successor to Boston Federal Savings Bank, duly existing and have a usual place of business in Wilmington in the State of Delaware; or their heirs, devisees, legal representatives, successors and assigns: 

Whereas, a complaint has been presented to said Court by the City of Malden, in the County of Middlesex, and said Commonwealth; to foreclose all rights of redemption from the tax lien proceeding described in said complaint in and concerning a certain parcel of land situate in the said Malden, in the County of Middlesex, and in said Commonwealth, bounded and described in said complaint as follows:

Property Location: 349 Commercial Street, Malden, MA 02148 Lots 17, 25, 32 

Lot Containing About: 0.281 acres (more or less) 

Map-Lot-Parcel Unit: 059 246 601 

Deed: Cert. 216793

If you desire to make any objection or defense to said complaint you or your attorney must file a written appearance and an answer, under oath, setting forth clearly and specifically your objections or defense to each part of said complaint, in the office of the Recorder of said Court in Boston (at the Courthouse located on Three Pemberton Square, Room 507 in Boston, MA 02108), on or before the twenty-fifth day of March in the year two thousand and nineteen.

Unless an appearance is so filed by or for you, your default will be recorded, the said complaint will be taken as confessed and you will be forever barred from contesting said complaint or any judgment entered thereon.

And in addition to the usual service of this notice as required by law, it is ordered that the foregoing citation be published forthwith once in The Times of Israel a newspaper published electronically in said Tel Aviv, Israel.
