32-year-old man in critical condition after shooting in Jaffa; police investigating suspected criminal incident

A 32-year-old man is in critical condition after being shot in Jaffa a short time ago, according to medics and police.
The shooting occurred in front of a bicycle shop on Jerusalem Boulevard, the city’s main thoroughfare, in broad daylight, police say.
The victim was rushed in critical condition to the nearby Wolfson Medical Center in Holon for treatment, according to Magen David Adom, which says medics performed CPR at the scene.
Police say they opened an investigation into the incident, which is believed to be criminal in nature.
