Firefighters battle blaze near Route 1 at entrance to Jerusalem
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleFirefighters are working to prevent the spread of a forest fire that broke out near Route 1 adjacent to Jerusalem’s Har Hamenuhot cemetery, near the city’s entrance, says the Fire and Rescue Service.
Several firefighting planes are assisting Jerusalem District firefighters in putting out the blazes, Ynet reports.
