From TV report lays out infection targets for lifting lockdown

They are: A basic reproduction number (the number of other people each coronavirus carrier infects) of less than 1, for a week.
Less than 5% of tests returning positive.
Up to 500 daily cases.
Fewer than 50 serious cases.
The government is able to cut the chains of infection within 48 hours.
Fewer than 10 virus hotspots around the country.
