US envoy Greenblatt condemns rockets, backs Israel
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleWith Shabbat out in America, US Special Envoy Jason Greenblatt has taken to Twitter to condemn the rocket fire from Gaza and back Israel’s retaliatory actions.
“Hamas & PIJ have engaged in yet another deplorable act of terrorism, indiscriminately firing hundreds of rockets at Israeli civilian communities. The U.S. stands firmly in support of Israel’s right to self-defense and we call on the international community to do the same,” he tweets.

He also accuses the terror groups of preventing “the world from trying to help the Palestinians in Gaza.”
