A mass brawl in Rahat ended with a woman dead, eight more people injured, and a Magen David Adom first response team being pelted with stones.
The fight broke out in the northern Negev Bedouin town of Rahat, which has seen several clan feuds in the past. The reason behind this scuffle was not immediately clear.

One woman, 57, was killed after receiving trauma to her head, likely caused by a rock. She was transferred to Soroka Hospital in Beersheba along with two other people who were moderately injured. Another six people were lightly injured and treated at the scene.
An MDA first response team was battered with stones upon arriving and was forced to leave the scene at first.
