190 rockets fired at Israel since Gaza strike on Islamic Jihad commander
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleSome 190 rockets have been fired at Israel from the Gaza Strip since the targeted killing of senior Islamic Jihad commander Baha Abu al-Ata, according to the Israel Defense Forces.
The Iron Dome missile defense system managed to intercept dozens of rockets, the army says.
It adds that the Iron Dome’s success rate during this time period stands at roughly 90 percent, with about 50% of the launches landing in open areas, thus not requiring Iron Dome interception.
