IDF: Patriot missile fired at incoming drone from Syria
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleThe IDF says a Patriot interceptor missile was launched at a drone that was heading toward Israeli airspace from Syria.
The army says the launch of the Patriot missile triggered the incoming rocket alert sirens in residential communities in the Golan Heights and the Jordan Valley.
Sirens were activated in parts of the Galilee and Golan. Initial reports indicate that a UAV Flying from #Syria towards #Israel, was intercepted by air defense missiles. pic.twitter.com/l3w1MVIbo9
