London police order organizers to remove banner of exhibition on Nova massacre, fearing attacks
London police asked the organizers of an upcoming exhibition on Hamas’s October 7, 2023, massacre at the Nova music festival to take down the exhibition’s main banner, due to fear that the location will become the scene of extremist protest and potential terror attacks, Hebrew media reports.
Police reportedly ordered the organizers to only put the large sign back on the day the exhibition begins — which is Wednesday — to avoid revealing the location of the venue ahead of time.
The reports say police officials discussed several threat scenarios with the organizers, and said forces will be placed in and near the venue area, including undercover cops.
The steps come amid a wave of anti-Israel and antisemitic attacks targeting Jewish targets in London.
The Nova massacre saw Hamas-led terrorists invade from Gaza, kill over 360 participants of the rave near Re’im, and take dozens to the Strip as hostages.
