Netanyahu’s new military secretary sworn in

Col. Avi Blot is sworn in as Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s new military secretary in a changing of the guard ceremony at the Prime Minister’s Office.

Blot, who led the army’s Commando Brigade, takes over for Brig. Gen. Eliezer Toledano, who held the post for some three years.

“With my entry to the position, I feel awe and great respect to belong to such an important forum,” says Blot. “I am obligated to do everything I can in order to fulfill my responsibility in the broadest sense of the word.”
