Kassam rocket fired at southern Israel

No injuries or damage reported as missile lands in open field

A Kassam rocket fired from Gaza landed in an open field in the Sha’ar Hanegev region, south of Ashkelon, on Friday morning.

Sirens warned residents of the incoming rocket. No injuries or damage was reported.

Police and military forces scanned the area to find the precise location of the hit.
