Jerusalem’s Old City walls to be lit up with colors of the US flag after Trump speech
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleThe walls of Jerusalem’s Old City will be lit up with the colors of the American flag as a”token of appreciation” to US President Donald Trump for his expected announcement declaring Jerusalem the capital of Israel.
In a statement, Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat lauds the “historic declaration that sends a clear message to the entire world that the US stands with the Jewish people, the State of Israel and Jerusalem.”
