Protesters are beginning to hold a march in Tel Aviv from Hambina Square to Kaplan Street, where a main rally against the judicial overhaul will take place.

Previous weeks have seen over 150,000 people participate in the rally in Tel Aviv.

Opponents of Benjamin Netanyahu’s government have been taking to the streets for 12 straight weeks to protest Justice Minister Yariv Levin’s proposals to shake up the judiciary by severely curbing the High Court of Justice’s judicial review powers and cementing political control over the appointment of judges.
