Sweden FM says Trump move on Jerusalem ‘jeopardizes peace and stability’
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleSwedish Foreign Minister Margot Wallstrom comes out against Trump’s recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital.
“Vital to protect Jerusalem’s special status as established by the UN and respect UNSC resolutions,” she posts on Twitter.
“Clear EU position on Jerusalem as a final status issue and future capital for two states. Unilateral action on Jerusalem jeopardizes peace and stability in region and beyond.”
