Two people injured near Tnuvot; police say incident connected to clan fued

Two people were injured in a shooting incident in Tnuvot, east of Netanya, on Wednesday morning. Police were searching for the shooter.
Initial reports indicated a 58-year-old was seriously hurt while another person was lightly wounded after shots were fired at them from a semi-automatic weapon while they were driving. The victim with the serious injuries was taken to Laniado Hospital in Netanya for treatment.
Police believe the incident, which involved a family from the Arab town of Arara, is connected to a clan feud.
Three people were in the SUV when it was shot at along route 57, Ynet reported. A woman who was in the car told the outlet that people in another car began shooting at them and they drove into the gas station for shelter. She said the two injured people were her husband and his son.
