Some 50 rockets have been launched from Lebanon at northern Israel this morning, according to the IDF.

Sirens have been sounding in upper and western Galilee towns amid the attacks, with no immediate reports of injuries.

The municipality of Metula, which has been largely evacuated, says around 10 homes have been damaged in the barrage.

After the IDF update, sirens continue to sound in a number of border communities, including Avivim and Rihaniya.
