The IDF issues evacuation warnings ahead of airstrikes against a building used by Hezbollah in Beirut and branches across Lebanon of the Al-Qard al-Hasan association, known to be used by the terror group as a quasi-bank.

“You are located near facilities and interests affiliated with Hezbollah, against which the IDF will operate forcefully in the near term,” says Lt. Col. Ella Waweya, the IDF’s Arabic-language spokeswoman, attaching a map showing the location of a building in Beirut’s southern suburbs, a Hezbollah stronghold.

“For your safety and the safety of your family members, you must evacuate this building and the adjacent ones immediately and move at least 300 meters away from them,” she says.

In a separate statement, the IDF warns that it will target sites belonging to Al-Qard al-Hasan across Lebanon.

“Remaining near these buildings puts you at risk. You must evacuate immediately,” the military says, attaching maps of the locations that are set to be targeted.
