In a wide wave of airstrikes across southern Lebanon, the IDF says it struck some 70 Hezbollah weapon depots and rocket launching sites.

Ahead of the strikes, the IDF issued evacuation warnings to Lebanese civilians.

“The targets struck were intended to be used by the Hezbollah terrorists to advance terror attacks against IDF troops and residents of the State of Israel,” the army says.

The IDF says that “Hezbollah made a deliberate decision to attack Israel in defense of the Iranian terrorist regime and will bear the consequences of its attack on Israel.”
