Iran army says war to ‘expand further’ if US attacks restart

His comments come after a second night without US strikes, and ahead of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s planned trip to Washington on Tuesday to meet with President Donald Trump and attend the funeral of senator Lindsey Graham.
“I believe that if the Americans once again fall for the Zionists’ deception, or move in line with them, and insist on continuing the war, particularly through airstrikes, geographically this will expand further,” Iranian army spokesman Mohammad Akraminia tells state television.
