A 40-year-old bar owner was found dead Wednesday afternoon on Shlomtzion Hamalka Street, in downtown Jerusalem.

The co-owner of the Asgard bar found the body of his business partner in the establishment on Wednesday with signs of a struggle around him.

Initial findings by the police indicated the man was likely stabbed and lay in a pool of his blood for hours, unable to call for help, until he died of his wounds. Paramedics who arrived at the scene pronounced him dead.
