President Isaac Herzog is hosting an Iftar meal to mark the ending of the 12th day of the Ramadan fast.
Among other politicians slated to attend, Ra’am leader Mansour Abbas arrived to warm greetings.
The UAE’s ambassador to Israel, Mohammed Al-Khaja, is also in attendance, as well as other diplomats.
About 200 additional leaders from across Israeli Arab society are expected to join the annual event.
