The IDF says it is investigating the failure to intercept the Iranian ballistic missile that struck the southern city of Dimona this evening, injuring dozens and causing extensive damage.
The military confirms air defenses engaged the ballistic missile, but the interceptors failed to knock it down.
“The incident will be investigated,” the army says.
