IDF says Gaza strike killed Hamas Nukhba commander who participated in Oct. 7 attack

The IDF says it killed a commander in Hamas’s elite Nukhba force who took part in the October 7, 2023, onslaught in a central Gaza airstrike yesterday.

According to the military, the commander, identified as Anas Muhammad Ibrahim Hamed, infiltrated Israel and participated in the Nova music festival massacre, where terrorists killed over 360 people and seized dozens of hostages.

The military says Hamed was targeted in a “precise aerial strike” yesterday after posing what the IDF described as an “immediate threat” to troops operating in the Strip, publishing footage of the strike.
