One of the Gazan men wounded in a Palestinian Islamic Jihad rocket strike on southern Israel earlier today has died, medical officials say.

Earlier, two Palestinian laborers from Gaza and a Bedouin Israeli man were hurt after a rocket launched from the Strip landed near the southern border town of Shokeda.

The two Gazans were seriously hurt, while the Israeli man was listed in light-moderate condition.

One of the Gazans, a 35-year-old, dies of his wounds at the Soroka Medical Center in Beersheba, the hospital says.

His death marks the second in Israel since the latest round of hostilities began on Tuesday.
