NEW YORK — The Palestinian Authority’s official Wafa news agency posts a photo that was taken last night of PA President Mahmoud Abbas alongside US President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden.
The photo was taken during a presidential reception at the Museum of Natural History on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly’s high-level week. Those invited were able to receive a photo with the president, one attendee tells The Times of Israel.
The two leaders did not hold a separate sit-down, and Biden reserved his meetings mainly for European allies.
