Police say 9 cops wounded, calm restored on Temple Mount
The Israel Police say relative calm has been restored at the Temple Mount after several hours of clashes with thousands of Palestinians.
Police say nine cops were injured, one of whom was taken to receive medical treatment.
“There is calm now on the Mount and Israel Police forces are at the scene and continuing to act to protect law and order,” the statement says.
