Shooting at Trump rally is being investigated as assassination attempt — sources

The shooting at Donald Trump’s rally in Pennsylvania is being investigated as an attempted assassination of the former US president and presumptive Republican nominee, law enforcement officials say.

Two officials speak on the condition of anonymity to discuss the ongoing investigation.
