UK says Iran fired two missiles in direction of Cyprus

UK Defense Secretary John Healey says that two Iranian missiles were fired toward Cyprus.
“We don’t believe they were targeted at Cyprus,” says Healey in a Sky News interview. The UK has two large sovereign base districts in Cyprus.
At the same time, “it is an example of a very real, rising threat,” he says.
Healey also reveals that 300 British troops were near Iranian strikes in Bahrain. “Some of them within a few hundred yards of where they landed,” he says.
