Military prosecutor accuses soldier of deliberate execution
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleAt a hearing on extending the detention of an IDF soldier filmed shooting a disarmed and incapacitated Palestinian stabber, the military prosecutor accuses the soldier of deliberately executing the attacker.
The prosecutor says the soldier shot the Palestinian in the head though the latter posed no threat.
A military hearing for the soldier is currently taking place at the Qastina military court.
