Ukraine FM says assault on Kyiv worst since WWII
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dymitro Kuleba slams what he calls “horrific Russian rocket strikes on Kyiv.”
He calls the violence the worst the city has seen since a Nazi onslaught in 1941.
