Prime Minister Naftali Bennett will meet a series of prominent world leaders while attending the climate summit in Glasgow next week, his office announces.
The statement says that on the summit’s sidelines, Bennett will meet British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, French President Emmanuel Macron, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Bahrain Prime Minister and Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison, Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi, Honduras President Juan Orlando Hernandez and NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg.
The Prime Minister’s Office says Bennett will address the summit on November 1 and present Israel’s policy on the climate crisis.
It adds that Bennett will take part at the opening ceremony hosted by Boris Johnson and in the reception hosted by Prince Charles.
