Gantz extends state of emergency in Lod by 48 hours
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleIsrael’s Defense Ministry extends the state of emergency by 48 hours in Lod, which has been at the center of ethnic violence that’s rocked Jewish-Arab cities around the country this week.
A statement from Gantz’s office says the move was at the request of police, and noted the continued violence there.
