Thousands of demonstrators are gathering near the Knesset in Jerusalem to mark six months since Hamas’s October 7 massacre and call for the government to secure the release of over 100 hostages held by terror groups in the Gaza Strip since then.

The participants hold placards and wave Israeli flags, under the banner, “Half a year of abandonment.”

Families of hostages still held by terrorists in Gaza along with released captives attend the event.

The past week has seen a series of protests in Jerusalem over four consecutive days, organized jointly by anti-Netanyahu activists and central family members in the Hostages and Missing Families Forum.
