Nasrallah: Killing of Palestinian engineer in Malaysia a ‘Zionist crime’
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleHezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah accuses Israel of assassinating Gaza-born scientist Fadi Mohammad al-Batsh in Malaysia.
The killing of Batsh was a “Zionist crime,” says Nasrallah in a televised speech.
The family of the Palestinian electrical engineer and Hamas member has also accused Israel’s Mossad spy agency on Saturday of killing him on the streets of Kuala Lumpur. Batsh was an expert on rocket and drone accuracy. He had reportedly published material recently on drone development, and on transmitters for controlling drones.
Malaysian police said Batsh, 35, was killed in a drive-by motorcycle shooting as he headed on foot to take part in dawn Muslim prayers on Saturday.
