Netanyahu hosts Lapid for security briefing

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu hosts Opposition Leader Yair Lapid for a security briefing.
A terse statement from Netanyahu’s office gives no details on the meeting, which comes after a series of deadly terror attacks.
The meeting had been scheduled before the attacks. The prime minister is obligated by law to routinely brief the head of the opposition.
There is no immediate comment from Lapid.
The meeting takes place in Netanyahu’s office in Jerusalem and is also attended by the prime minister’s military secretary Avi Gil.
