Netanyahu said to invite Gantz for talks on emergency government to combat virus
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GooglePrime Minister Netanyahu has invited Blue and White party chairman Benny Gantz for talks on assembling a government in the coming days, Hebrew media reports say.
Netanyahu called this evening for the formation of an emergency government, citing the spread of the coronavirus in Israel.
Israel’s political system has been deadlocked for over a year, with three consecutive elections failing to form a government.
