Palestinian reports: 11-year-old boy shot dead by IDF troops near Hebron

Palestinian media reports that an 11-year-old boy, identified as Mohammad Bahjat Al-Hallaq, was shot dead by the IDF a short while ago.
According to the reports, the incident occurred in the village of al-Rihiya, south of Hebron.
The IDF has not yet issued a response.
The official Palestinian Authority news site Wafa reports that troops opened fire on a group of children while they were playing soccer on a school playground and that a 4th grade boy was also struck in the pelvis. He was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
