Trump: ‘Don’t think’ press dinner shooter was linked to Iran war
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleUS President Donald Trump says “don’t think so,” when asked whether the shooting at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner could have been linked to the US-Israeli war with Iran.
He says “I guess” when asked whether he was the intended target of the attack, and notes that he believes the suspect was a “lone wolf actor.”
The shooting suspect has been identified as Cole Tomas Allen, 31, of Torrance, California, two law enforcement officials tell The Associated Press.
