2 lightly injured as storm downs Jerusalem electricity pylon

Two people are being treated by the Magen David Adom ambulance service for light injuries after an electricity pylon in Jerusalem was knocked down by the storm beginning to lash Israel and hit the truck they were traveling in.

The storm, dubbed “Carmel,” is expected to bring major rainfall and strong winds, causing serious disruptions throughout the country.
