China, Pakistan call for US-Iran ceasefire, resumption of talks

China’s Foreign Minister Wang Yi and his Pakistani counterpart Ishaq Dar have called for a ceasefire and the resumption of dialogue between the United States and Iran, the Chinese foreign ministry says, citing talks between the ministers in Shanghai yesterday.
Wang urged all parties to fulfill their commitments and abide by the ceasefire memorandum of understanding, the foreign ministry says.
