Court blocks razing of homes of suspects linked to Henkin killing
The High Court accepts petitions to block the razing of the homes of two suspects charged with aiding a West Bank terror attack in October that left Naama and Eitam Henkin dead.
The court rejects a petition by a third suspected accomplice and gives the state the go-ahead to knock down his home, according to a report in Walla news.
Judge Noam Silber rules that the two suspects whose houses cannot be demolished were not directly involved in the attack and only in raising funds and planning the attack, according to the report.
Earlier in the day, Israeli forces razed the family home of a suspect in another West Bank attack that left a woman dead.
Jerusalem says the controversial measure, decried by human rights groups and others, is key as a deterrent to terror.
