The Prime Minister’s Office releases footage of the ongoing security cabinet meeting in Jerusalem.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is joined by, among others, Defense Minister Israel Katz, Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar, Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, Justice Minister Yariv Levin, and Energy Minister Eli Cohen.
National Security Adviser Tzachi Hanegbi, his deputy Gil Reich, and Military Secretary Maj. Gen. Roman Gofman attend as well.
Notably, Strategic Affairs Minister Ron Dermer — who usually sits next to Netanyahu — is not seen in the footage, which might indicate he is on an official trip abroad.
Attorney General Gali Baharav-Miara, whom Netanyahu is working to fire, is at the meeting.
