Hamas ‘inclined to accept ceasefire’ — Channel 2
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleSenior sources in Hamas say the group’s leaders are meeting in their Gaza hideout to discuss a proposed week-long ceasefire, Channel 2 reports.
According to the source, the organization is inclined to accept the ceasefire offer made by US Secretary of State John Kerry and to announce its approval tonight.
Hamas has reportedly not yet agreed on its stance regarding IDF ground troops’ continued presence in the Gaza Strip during this ceasefire.
