Has IDF started returning fire on Gaza?
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleA foreign correspondent in Gaza reports in a tweeted photo that the IDF has fired on the Strip, but it is not clear if the photo shows the smoke from an IDF strike or a Hamas rocket launch. The IDF remains mum some 40 minutes into the Hamas rocket barrage that ended the 72-hour ceasefire at 8 a.m. local time, and military reporters in Israel say Israel is holding its fire for the moment, as Israeli leaders contemplate their response.
