Health Ministry urges Israelis to avoid non-essential travel abroad

Expanding already strict travel advisories due to the coronavirus outbreak, the Health Ministry is now urging Israelis to seriously weigh all non-essential travel abroad.

The Health Ministry also announces that travelers entering Israel from Italy from Sunday must self-quarantine for 14 days over fears of the spread of the coronavirus.

It further advises Israelis to avoid international conferences or any gatherings, including of a religious nature, which bring together people from numerous countries.
