From IDF launches investigation into misfired Gaza City mortar

The IDF says it has launched an investigation into the errant mortar that struck Gaza City this afternoon, wounding several Palestinians.
According to the IDF, the mortar was launched by troops as part of military activities on the Israeli side of the ceasefire line.
The mortar “deviated from its target,” the army says, adding that it is aware of reports of casualties.
