The IDF says it killed a terror operative who crossed the Yellow Line that demarcates the area still held by the military after its withdrawal and approached troops in the northern Gaza Strip today.
The military says the operative “posed an immediate threat” to the troops, who then directed an airstrike that “eliminated the terrorist.”
The IDF says it remains deployed in Gaza “in accordance with the ceasefire agreement and will continue to operate to remove any immediate threat.”
