The Israel Defense Forces says it has killed over 150 terrorist operatives as of last night, the majority from Hamas, during the fighting in the Gaza Strip.
According to Gaza’s Hamas-run Health Ministry, over 200 Palestinians have been killed so far in the fighting, including more than 50 minors and three dozen women. It is not immediately clear if the ministry’s tally includes all of those killed or if there are Hamas operatives not included in the count.
According to IDF Spokesperson Hidai Zilberman, more than 120 of those killed were members of Hamas and over 25 were members of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad as of Monday night. Additional terrorist operatives were likely killed overnight, but he says he has yet to receive updated assessments regarding the exact number.
